Krish Bahadur is a junior at Lake Forest Academy, where he serves as the junior class president and competes on the varsity track and field team. He is deeply engaged in engineering, entrepreneurship, and finance, applying his problem-solving skills to academic interests like mathematics and 3-D modeling. Krish is also a Young Ambassador of the Sonia Shah Foundation, which operates the Sonia Shah Memorial School on the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan, focusing on educating young women. In this role, he promotes the foundation's mission and raises funds for school essentials, special projects, playground equipment, and classroom renovations.In addition, Krish founded the Soul Shoe Project Chicago, which distributes winter boots, socks, hats, and gloves to homeless individuals in downtown Chicago. With the city’s harsh winters, items like socks and boots are essential yet often scarce in shelters. Through partnerships with businesses and community organizations, Krish and his team deliver these necessities to homeless camps and shelters three times a month, bringing warmth and support to those without shelter.
